1. Our Relationship with SoLoVision
SoLoSec is a product of SoLoVision LLC. This document explains terms specific to SoLoSec. By using SoLoSec, you also agree to the master SoLoVision Terms of Service, which covers our overall legal foundations, IP ownership, and liability.
2. Services Provided
SoLoSec: Cyber Command is an Android strategy game where players run a fictional cyber rescue company, respond to client incidents, counter simplified cybersecurity-themed threats, and upgrade in-game tools. The game is entertainment software and is not professional cybersecurity advice or a guarantee that any real device, app, network, or account is secure.
3. Gameplay Is Fictional and Simplified
Threats, tools, scores, training prompts, rescue outcomes, and campaign scenarios are simplified for readable mobile gameplay. Do not rely on game mechanics, labels, or recommendations as instructions for real incident response, security testing, or device administration.
4. Google Play Platform Rules
If SoLoSec is distributed through Google Play, your download, updates, one-time purchases, refunds, tester access, and device eligibility may also be governed by Google Play policies and account settings.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use SoLoSec, its branding, community spaces, support channels, or related materials to interfere with other devices, bypass security controls, harvest data from other users, conduct unauthorized security testing, or misrepresent the game as a real security service.
