SoLoQR Terms Addendum

These terms apply specifically to SoLoQR and supplement the main SoLoVision Terms of Service.

1. Product Scope

SoLoQR provides QR creation, dynamic redirect routing, campaign management, QR health checks, scan analytics, AI-assisted recommendations, exports, and account/billing workflows for lawful campaigns.

2. Static and Dynamic QR Codes

Static QR codes encode their content directly and do not depend on SoLoQR redirect infrastructure after export. Dynamic QR codes depend on SoLoQR services so destinations can be edited and scans can be tracked.

3. Campaign Responsibility

You are responsible for QR names, destinations, printed materials, disclosures, permissions, campaign claims, and legal compliance. Do not use SoLoQR to mislead scanners about where a QR code leads or who operates the destination.

4. Billing and Platform Rules

Web billing may be handled through Stripe, and Android purchases may be handled through Google Play. Platform payment, refund, account, and subscription rules may apply in addition to this addendum.

5. Abuse and Availability

SoLoQR may pause, block, remove, or limit QR codes, destinations, accounts, or workspaces that create security, abuse, legal, payment, or platform risk. Dynamic redirects may be affected by maintenance, provider outages, abuse controls, or entitlement limits.
