Open the QR detail page and confirm the QR status and current destination are active.
Run QR Health Checker before reprinting or sharing a campaign.
Include the QR name, destination URL, and whether the issue happens on web, Android, or both when contacting support.

Open Billing in the web dashboard or Android app and refresh your current plan status.
For Google Play purchases, confirm you are using the same Google account that bought the subscription.
If access still looks wrong, send support your account email, plan, platform, and a screenshot of the billing state.
