SoLoQR Privacy Addendum

1. Product Scope
SoLoQR is a web and Android QR campaign platform for creating static QR codes, dynamic redirect QR codes, campaign folders, exports, scan analytics, QR health checks, and billing-managed plan access.
2. Information We Collect
SoLoQR may process account email, display name, workspace information, QR names, destinations, style settings, uploaded logos, saved campaign metadata, entitlement status, billing status, support messages, and product usage records needed to operate QR creation and account workflows.
3. Dynamic QR Analytics
Dynamic QR codes use SoLoQR redirect infrastructure so destinations can be edited and scans can be counted. Analytics are designed to be privacy-conscious and should not store raw IP addresses or precise GPS location for launch reporting.
4. Providers and Payments
SoLoQR uses providers such as Supabase, Stripe, Google Play, hosting, monitoring, and Chatwoot support tooling to operate accounts, billing, subscriptions, support, security, and reliability workflows.
5. Data Deletion
Users can request deletion of SoLoQR account, workspace, support, and campaign records through SoLoVision support. Some billing, abuse-prevention, security, backup, or legal records may be retained as described in the master policy.
