Sign-in and sync
Use the same account on web and Android. If workspace data does not appear, confirm network access, sign out and back in, then check that the web dashboard shows the expected QR codes.
Billing
Google Play purchases can take a short time to sync. Use the Android billing screen to restore or refresh purchases before contacting support.

Include your device model, Android version, app version, account email, and the exact screen where the issue happened.
